1. Payment:

We prefer orders made on this site to be paid for using PayPal. Otherwise payment is preferred in the following order: Cashier's Checks or Money Orders, Business Checks and Personal Checks. (Business and personal checks without a history of orders from TC Trading Co will be held for up to seven days to clear the bank.) Checks should be made payable to Chad Shultz and mailed along with a your order form to TC Trading Company, Chad Shultz, PO Box 2503, Pinetop, Arizona 85935. Catalog orders may also be made through the web site, by emailing your order and we will send you a PayPal payment link via email. If you have any questions, contact us via email or you can call us at (928) 369-1485. Please call at a reasonable hour. We are on Arizona time.

2. Shipping:

Items orders and PAID FOR will ship as soon as possible. Usually, items are shipped from the warehouse the next day. During busy times, orders may take up to two or three days before they are shipped. Make sure to supply us with a UPS shipping address. The majority of our inventory cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Some orders may qualify for USPS shipping, however, the customer should inquire before the order is made. The best way to handle your orders is supply us with both a physical and mailing address. Shipping fees are calculated by PayPal upon checking out. If you are ordering through the mail, from the catalog, you should have a shipping chart to calculate your shipping before sending payment. Catalog orders made via the web site will have shipping calculated automatically.

3. Stock:

Many of the items listed on this site sell out fast. We will try to keep the site current on sold out items. If you pay for an item which is sold out, you will be notified. You may apply the credit toward another purchase, or receive a refund for the sold out item's purchase and shipping costs. If your order falls below a purchase level because of the refund, the appropriate service charge may apply. (See Service Charges below.)

4. Damaged or Defective items:

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items or cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Keep the box until a UPS claim is filed. UPS may require the view the box. All discrepancies must be reported immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping and handling. Defective items should be sent to our Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 224442, Dallas, TX, 75222.

5. Warranty:

Every product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after initial inspection, with quality, materials, or workmanship, return item(s) in unused condition in original carton within 10 days, to the Customer Service Center on the packing slip, for exchange or credit. You must notify us of pending returns PRIOR to shipping them, so you can receive a Return Authorization Number. Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product's copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.

6. Service Charges & Credits:

In order to prevent abuse to our drop shipping program and our wholesale web site, we will not accept orders under $50.00 on the web site. Orders under $50.00 should be mailed in for processing, using the shipping reference sheet sent with your catalog. There are service charges associated with web site orders under $200.00 in merchandise totals. These service charges differ slightly from the catalog mail order service charges. They are as follows: Orders under $199.99 total but over $100.00 to one shipping address will incur an extra 2% processing fee, orders under $99.99 total but over $50.00 will be charged an extra 8% processing fee, orders under $49.99 will be charged an extra 22% processing fee. There is no extra fee for ordering a catalog. The catalog price has been adjusted to equal $10.00 after shipping is added. $10.00 credit will be held for six months from the time of the original catalog purchase. $10.00 refunded upon initial purchase if equal to $150.00 or more in total merchandise Service Charges will show up under shipping charges. Some items will incur no fee or shipping charges as noted on the item. In the case where an item states "no shipping", the item price will be adjusted in the shopping cart to reflect the advertised price after shipping is added. Products shipped outside of the lower 48 United States may incur additional charges due to extra handling for customs, etc. Currently TC Trading Company ships to the USA and Canada only.
